Served as a commercial director for market-leading companies, working for many years directly in developments, construction, and sales in Minas Gerais, Espírito Santo, Goiânia, São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, and the Federal District, involving more than 4 million m² of construction. After 30 years, having established my executive career, I decided to pursue the path of an independent entrepreneur and founded my own company. Now, with 20 years as a businessman in the real estate sector, have significant numbers of developments incorporated, built, and delivered, totaling more than 180,000 m² of construction, with over R$1.2 billion in sales.

Experienced with major real estate developers and construction companies in the country, such as Carvalho Hosken, Latini e Bettoletti, MDL Realty, and Calçada. Currently serves as an advisor at Ribus, CMO at Braemp, and CEO at Innover Marketing and Sales, where she is responsible for Braemp's corporate marketing and its developments.

In addition to his role of Managing Director of 7CC - Blockchain Investments, a company focused on supporting & fostering the Blockchain industry, Mr. Nascimento wrote the book; The STO FINANCIAL REVOLUTION uncovering regulated & compliant fundraising via Blockchain. Alex got his MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management and has developed training, marketing & blockchain strategies for companies in the United States, EU, Latin America, and Asia.
